The contract has been awarded to Everbridge, via Softcat PLC, for an initial three-year term with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The solution will provide a secure, resilient and scalable platform to support rapid two-way communication during major incidents and business continuity events, replacing unsupported legacy communication tools and addressing a significant organisational risk while delivering the most advantageous combination of quality, functionality and value for money.
