An external lift with housing together with external works, drainage and possible upgrade of utility supplies are also part of the scheme. There is no requirement for rainwater attenuation works unless otherwise advised. This is a call-off from the YORbuild2 Framework Agreement; West Area Contractors Framework Agreement, Lot 3.
