Range of tender prices was £17,219.45 (6%) Tender Selection: The tender was awarded on the basis of price (80%) and quality (20%). Assessment of the quality questions was carried out independently by the 3 members of the assessment panel which was comprised of the Councils Project Manager and appointed professionals
