Contractors interested in undertaking the works are invited to participate in this pre-qualification opportunity. A minimum of 3Nr contractors who successfully pre-qualify will be further invited to prepare and submit a price through a second-stage quantitative closed tender process. The scope of works briefly comprises: - Soft strip of existing internal fittings and finishes - Demolition of existing internal partitions to suit revised floor layout - Mechanical and electrical alterations - Installation of new internal partitions for new floor layout and glazed meeting spaces - Partial replacement of internal doors - New floor finishes and decorations - Supply and installation of a new staff kitchen - Supply and installation of new fitted joinery and interior design items - Supply and installation of new fitted and loose furniture
