3e54b6c3-8047-4247-96e5-bbf6024b10ba-146864We are seeking consultancy support to survey Highways England and its supply chain to understand: • current views / concerns with respect to delivery of the RIS; • views on the steps Highways England has taken, or can take, to support the delivery of the RIS through its supply chain; • the actions that are being taken in the supply chain, and the further steps that might be taken, to support delivery of the RIS; and • the extent to which the supply chain is responding to current signals from the company. Additional information: Prospective bidders are strongly advised to register their interest on the e-tendering portal early as all future communications will be through the portal. Under no circumstances should prospective bidders attempt to contact any member of ORR's staff directly in relation to this tender. All communication should be through the portal and addressed to the procurement unit.
