Provide a description and condition rating on each. Provide a price estimation for replacement of the structure and individual elements. Provide a life expectancy for civils and mechanical structures/ elements Produce an inventory of all outfalls and flapped outfalls which will include national grid references, photos of the condition, outfall dimensions, state whether a flap is present, visually inspect and put a camera in the outfall / flapped outfall assess the pipe only as far as is possible (without full CCTV of each outfall).
